Client Preperation
Before your appointment, there are a number of things that you can do to prepare.
The following steps will ensure your appointment runs smoothly, on time and hair/makeup lasts all day and night.
Booking Client
Booking client to ensure they have done the below at least 1 week prior to booking
- Shared client preperation link with everyone who is booked in https://louloubelles.com.au/client-prep
- Sent through your inspiration pictures for everyone who is booked in via the below methods;
– Single Bookings; send a selfie and hair/makeup inspo pics to 0435437889
– Special Occassion Group Bookings up to 3 people Bookings Form
– Special Occassion Group Bookings 4+ people Bookings Form
– Bridal Bookings Form
Hair Prep for Hairstyling Bookings
- Downstyling, Hollywood Waves, Half Upstyle and Downstyles; Hair to be washed and blow dried the morning/night before.
- Wet to Dry Styling and Blow Wave; Hair to be washed the morning of and towl dried.
- Ensure your hair is brushed and knot free prior to our arrival.
Face Prep for Makeup Bookings
- Night before your appointment; gently exfoliate your face and lips in order to remove all dead skin cells so that your skin is fresh and clean. It is also important to heavily moisturise and apply lip balm after exfoliating to nourish and add moisture back into your skin, which will prevent it from drying.
- Morning of your appointment; Gently cleanse your skin, ensuring that all traces of makeup have been removed (do not exfoliate your face the day of your appointment as we want to keep the skin hydrated), apply moisturiser and lip balm.
- Prior to arrival; Ensure you have brused your teeth and if you wear contacts you have put them in
Additional Prep
- What to wear; It is recommended that you wear a top that will easily go over your head after your appointment – a button-up shirt is best, as it’s super easy to get off without ruining your makeup.
- Lashes; If you are wanting us to apply strip lashes or individual lashes on you at your appointment, please do not have a lash lift! It makes it almost impossible to stick the false lashes on top if the natural lashes are sticking straight up.
***HEALTH AND HYGIENE***
In order to maintain high levels of hygiene and safety for all our clients we are unable to perform makeup application services on anyone who suffers from any contagious skin or eye conditions/irritations (e.g. contagious rashes, fungal infections, conjunctivitis, etc) as well as bacterial infections such as dermatitis or cold sores. Please understand that if you are suffering with any of these conditions at the time of your appointment we will be unable to perform the service as it may put our other clients at risk of contamination. It is critical that you inform us of any allergies/infections/irritations before your appointment.
